Hosting and new server

We've just completed a major move to a new server. It's been a gruelling few days here and now I feel like I can go on a long extended holiday. Wait a minute, we live in St Francis now.Our new server is in the States seeing as hosting in South Africa is still a bit out of most people's budget. The problem is that bandwidth in our country is so expensive.
Our servers run a failover application that check the servers every second. If a failure is detected our application will automatically initiate the available server to take over all server services (web, email, mysql, cpanel, etc). Once all server services are failed over (up to 2 minutes) your website will remain online until the failed server is fixed.
