Load shedding monitoring tool
Written by Björn Monday, 14 April 2008 15:04
I found this application that monitors the load shedding schedules straight from the Eskom website. If you are from South Africa you might find this quite handy. You can set it up with your location and then even set it to shut down your pc just before the scheduled downtime. For those of us that might not be able to afford a UPS right now, this might just be the answer.
Eskom has been keeping us in the dark for long enough with these schedules (excuse the pun) and now you can keep track with this neat application that does the monitoring for you.
Visit the website here, www.myenergy.co.za, to download the application.
