You have to take pity on the poor web designers in Port Elizabeth.
This photo was taken from an article published by my friend over at MyPE.I have to agree with him in his article, 'Will code HTML for food', it seems anyone with a desktop publisher is able to write HTML now. Pity they're not much good without experience and passion. See my article, Web Designer vs. Desktop Publisher.
